1. You must wash your hands thoroughly. It will be recommended for your hands to drip dry,  drying off your hands with a towel or cloth has a good chance of leaving tiny fibers on your hands that will cause serious difficulties.

2. Next open the contact lens case then use your index finger to take the lens from the contact lens case.

3. And then rinse the contact lens carefully with your contact Solution.

4.  Now You should use your middle finger to Pull your bottom eyelid down.

5. Next, You should place your contact on your eye then you should let go of your lower lid, and you must blink to adjust the lens on your eye.

Then do it again one more time for the other eye.
