Anyone know of a page/site that will help me fix my broken Canon EOS lens?

The plastic casing broke in pieces. A piece of the plastic under the rubber broke off and the lens casing is in two pieces. I tried to put them back together and considered gluing the plastic pieces on, but I can’t figure out how to get it back together properly… if it can even be done.

My friend took his lens (kit lens) apart–and we couldn’t even figure out how to ‘restore’ it–It’s just pieces on his desk.

I think it’s best left for the people who can do it properly (and has the replacement part(s) for it.
