some one help me with this! CPL and UV at the same time?

ok, so i went out on a job a few days ago and i looked through all the picture i took. the problem is that many of them have color correction problems. im starting to wonder if this is because of the fact that i had both the CPL and UV filters on at the same time. could this be the case?

By CPL you mean a circilar polarizer ? If so I use these all the time and have never had a problem with color correction. The polarizer will reduce 1-2 stops of light, without greatly shifting color. It does Increase color saturation by reducing haze from scattered, random light Some UV filters have additional warming effect and all UV filters will block a small amount of blue light but again not enough for a strong color shift. If I had to guess I would say you may want to look at your white balance settings if your color is off with these filters on

If you are using linear polarzers stacked you can get a big color shift you get some with circular polarizers stacked
