how to remove spots of humidity from lens of digital camera?

what is the best way to remove circular blotches that appear on my photos (mainly those taken at night). I’ve got a Samsung NV7 digital camera and have cleaned the lens with a suede cloth but these spots appear to be within the lens itself. Any suggestions?

Removing things from within the lens will take an expert. Run to your nearest camera repair store.
